Your patients can request appointments via your website by simply visiting your appointment section and filling out the perspective appointment request form. You will be notified via email that you have new appointment request through your website. You can also review and manage your appointment requests by logging into your BiteBank Media account and clicking on “Appointments”
Our format is easy to understand so that your patients can save time in
their busy days.
All the latest appointments received in your account will be displayed in two locations. The first location is on your dashboard. Any new appointments will be indicated here to let you know there is action required to book them.
The second location is the Appointment section under schedule. This is a more detailed section where you are able to view the entire form filled out by the patient on your website. You will be able to choose to book the appointment by following up with the patient directly, mark the time as pending when you are checking the available schedule in your practice management software, confirm the appointment as booked and block off the time and trash the appointment, removing it from the list.
Each day is available each week for the appointments that are requested. Sort by showing and hiding each appointment or use the dropdown at the top right for display options.
