After logging into your account you will be brought to your dashboard page. Use our Navigation Bar on the left of your dashboard to select between editing your website, editing your newsletter, managing your appointment requests, managing your user accounts, and even checking your emails.
*You can easily select the task you want using our Navigation Menu.
Website editor and publishing
When you wish to begin creating your website, simply click the Manage Site button on the Navigation Bar on the left of dashboard. If this is your first time editing your website begin by clicking on the “Edit Site” button. Click this button will present you with our design selection menu. You can sort through our vast library of website designs by using the buttons in the top bar.
*Buttons are available to filter designs by color, time, category, and language.
After selecting a design you will be brought to a preview of what your website can look like with that particular theme. At all times in the editor, there will be a top bar present which gives you options to go back to your dashboard, add new or organize pages for your menus, pick new designs, or publish your changes to the public version of your website,
*While you are editing your website you have easy access to adding and organizing pages, changing your design, and publishing your changes.
Making changes to your website is easy and intuitive. To edit something on your site simply click on the desired area. You will be presented with an easy to understand content editor. Type what you want, change the fonts the size to you liking and select save.
You can also create photo galleries of both your patients and your office. Just select the gallery you want, click the Manage Office/Smile Gallery button and then begin uploading photos.
When you are done and have your website just the way you want it, click Publish at the top of the page.
Your Bitebank Media website gives your patients access to a simple and quick way to get their requests for appointments to you. Our appointment management tools are available to your patients and you can easily view and manage their requests on your dashboard. Simply log into your dashboard then click the Appointments icon on your left Navigation Bar to get started. From here you can see everyone who made a new request, archive any requests you wish to keep on file or delete those requests you do not wish to handle.
Simply click on view details to see your patients information.
You now have all the information you need to book in your patient using your tools and can archive the request in case you ever need to review it.
After logging into your account you will be brought to your personal Bitebank Media dashboard. The dashboard displays all the important updates to your account and provides easy access to your account information, website, emails and user information.
At the top right, the promotions section will highlight Bitebanks current promotions on services that will help improve your practice and customize your online presence.
System updates will display important updates from Bitebank that will affect your account. Any important free upgrades will be announced in this section.
Content editors are available in each section of your website to help you customize your site to your practice.
When you click "Edit Site" from the main dashboard in your account. Simply roll over an area that you would like to edit and click on the edit button. This will open the content editor.
Each section has relatively the same options for editing. It operates much like a word processor. Change fonts, font colors, font sizes, text positioning, add html code, add images and videos, or choose from sample content.
