When do notification messaged get sent out?
Notification messages get sent out 7 days prior to the appointment for Appointment confirmations and 2 days before the appointment as a reminder if the Appointment has been confirmed.
Patients will only receive notification if they have an email or cell phone number (SMS).
Messages go out automatically if an unconfirmed appointment is entered in the schedule of your PMS if the appointment date was entered on a date within 7 days of todays date.
Today is July 1st and your front desk team has entered an appointment for July 5th. A confirmation messaged will be sent after Notification Nexus is sync.
