The practice will be contacted to answer questions about their workstation hardware, software and providers. Before installation, Bitebank Media will conduct a database and server analysis to ensure proper connectivity.
Installation and Setup:
1. Using a workstation that also contains the Practice Management Software, open *.exe file as provided by Bitebank Media and follow installation instructions provided on-screen. This is conducted by a BiteBank Account Manager.
2. Login to associated Bitebank account, select your desired practice location and providers and proceed to the next step.
3. On the first sync, the ‘unconfirmed’ appointments in the Practice Management Software will populate in the Notification Nexus™ software and send out ‘Request for Confirmation’ messages to these patients through the method of communication as specified in the Practice Management Software.
