Using Notification Nexus™ on the BiteBank Bridge (Control Panel):
Individuals can access and manage their Notification Nexus™ appointment status by logging into their Bitebank Media Account at bitebankmedia.com. The practice can review, approve, declined and manage Notification Nexus™ online under Appointments after they have logged in.
Note: Notification Nexus™ software must be installed on at least 1 workstation for the online component to work and update.
Schedule: This section allows the individual to review and manage appointment confirmations and reminders just as they would though the workstation software.
Location Settings: Edit the location and the practice hours that are displayed in the Contact Us page and the Online Booking Engine.
Time Off Settings: Specify hours and days the office is closed for lunch, meetings, holidays, etc.
Services: Manage the duration and price of dental services.
Auto-Messages: Modify the wording for emails and texts going to patients though the Notification Nexus™.
Team Members: Manage active providers.
