The Billing page contains credit card information used for registration. Change credit card settings by clicking “Edit Credit Card”.
You can update your credit card information by following these steps.
1. Log into your bitebankmedia.com account. http://bitebankmedia.com/login/
2. Select “My Account”.
3. Select “Billing” on the menu on the left.
4. Click on the “Edit Credit Card” button to update your credit card information.
5. After you are done updating the information select “Update Information”.
After the charge has been approved, the account email on record will be sent an invoice.
You can also update your credit card information by calling us at 1-888-575-7932.
The Billing page contains a list of invoices for the account. You can review these invoices online or download them as .pdf files.
The Accounts page contains a listing of all users. Users are created by the administrator (person registering the account) and given access to specific or all sections as indicated in the add user form.
To create a user account just click the "Add User" button on this page and fill in the information form.
General information about the user’s account.
Name: Name of the user that you are creating the account for.
Designation: The position of the person that you are creating this account for.
Email: The email address of the person you are creating the account for.
The login details of the account you are creating.
Username: This what the user will type in to log into your dashboard.
Status: This determines if the account is active or not.
Password: This sets the password that the user will use to login, it must be entered twice for confirmation.
Account access control.
These checkboxes allow you to choose what the user can access on the website.
The Your Info page provides you with detailed information about the account holder. This includes name, address, phone number. This page is used to update the account information and to change the account password.
