Click on your newsletter text to edit the selection. This will open up the content editor for the newsletter. You are now free to choose font, type or copy text and add photos to your newsletter easily.
Choose a newsletter design to start your newsletter process. When you click "Create Newsletter" the library will automatically present itself. Scroll down the library or sort using the drop downs in the menu to find the right design for your practice newsletter.
Choose a color if available and continue by clicking on the design to edit it further.
Newsletter group allow you to organize who you send your newsletters to, making sure that the information they receive is relevant. To access your newsletter groups, click Newsletters on the dashboard and then click on Subscriber Groups on the left navigation.

From the Subscriber Groups screen you can manage all of your current groups and add new ones. To add a new group, just click the "Add Group" button.

To create a group simply give the group a name, and a status. You can also choose if you want this group to be the default group for sending newsletters to. You can only have one default group at a time so be certain of your selection. Click "Add Group" to save the information.

An important part of sending newsletters is to send them to the right people. We have already covered the steps for setting up groups and will now cover the steps to add email addresses to those groups. To add a subscriber to your mailing list you first select "Newsletters" from the top Navigation Bar on your dashboard and then select Subscribers from the left Navigation Menu. From here you can add, delete and edit your newsletter subscribers.

Patients can also subscribe themselves to your newsletters default group by using the sign up link on your website.
Click "Send Newsletters" from the Newsletter menu item. If you have a subscriber and group created, you are free to create a new newsletter.
Click "Create Newsletter" to start the process.
Step 1: Select a design from the design library.
Step 2: Personalize the newsletter by editing the content.
Step 3: Choose a group to send the newsletter to, insert a subject for your newsletter and choose if you would like to send your newsletter now or schedule for a later date.
Step 4: Save or Send your newsletter to your chosen subscriber group.
